How to Export a Dashboard and its Pages
There are situations when you would like to export an entire dashboard or the pages within a dashboard to a PDF file or to an email that you want to send to someone.
You can export a dashboard and its pages in the Export Dashboard and Pages screen. To reach this screen, in the Dashboard menu, click Export.

Export Dashboard and Pages to a PDF File
To export a dashboard or pages in a dashboard to a PDF file, do the following:
1. In the Export Dashboard and Pages screen, select the check box beside the dashboard or a page in the dashboard that you want to export to a PDF file.
 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<img alt="" style="padding : 1px;" src="lib/Note icon.png"/> When you select a Dashboard name, the pages under it are automatically selected. If you do not want to export all the pages, you can clear the check box beside the name of the page that you do not want to export.
2. In the Action section, select the check box beside Export.
3. Click Go. A PDF file with the exported dashboard and page is displayed in a new window.
Export Dashboard and Pages to an Email Account
To export a dashboard or pages in a dashboard to an email account, do the following:
1. In the Export Dashboard and Pages screen, select the check box beside the dashboard or a page in the dashboard that you want to export to an email.
2. In the Action section, select the check box beside Email.

The options to enter the email address, subject, and content of the email that you want to send is displayed as in Export Dashboard and Pages: Email screen.

In the Export Dashboard and Pages: Email Screen:
3. Do one of the following:

<li class="rvps70" style="margin-left: 0; text-indent: 0px">In the To: text box, type the email address of the user you want to send the dashboard and pages.</li>
<li class="rvps71" style="margin-left: 0; text-indent: 0px">Move to the right in the Action section, and select the check boxes, beside the users or groups to whom you want to send the dashboard and pages. </li>

4. In the Subject: text box, type the subject of the email.
5. In the Content text box, type the content of the email.
6. Click Go. The Email Details screen with the exported dashboard and page is displayed in a new window.
