<p class="rvps9"><span class="rvts14">How to Open a Report</span></p>
<p class="rvps32"><span class="rvts17">When you open a report in the Report screen, you can view the report details, view the report menu, and activate the graphic controls. To open a report, do the following:</span></p>
<p class="rvps5"><span class="rvts8">Move to the report folders on the left side of the Report screen and click on the &lt;name of the report&gt; link, that you want to open.The corresponding report is displayed on the left.</span></p>
<p class="rvps5"><span class="rvts8">For example, if you click the </span><span class="rvts9">Country wise Revenue</span><span class="rvts8"> link, a report similar to the following figure is displayed.</span></p>

<p class="rvps32"><span class="rvts17">To sort the items in a column in a report, click on the column heading. <p class="rvps14"><span class="rvts16">Change Report Style</span></p>
<p class="rvps5"><span class="rvts8">To change the style of the report, select the relevant option from the fifth drop-down list in the Graph Controls menu. Let us assume that you want to view the data in the Country wise Revenue report in the form of a stacked bar graph. To do this, from the fifth drop-down list in the Graph Controls menu, select </span><span class="rvts9">Stacked Bar</span><span class="rvts8">. The data is now presented in the form of a stacked bar graph in the </span><span class="rvts9">ANALYZE</span><span class="rvts8"> tab.</span></p>

<p class="rvps87"><span class="rvts35">Report with Negative Values</span></p>
<p class="rvps5"><span class="rvts8">In a text report, the negative values shown in red and the positive values are shown in green. For example, the following figure shows a sample report that displays the percentage difference between the Gross Revenue figures and Quantity for the different zones. As the percentage difference for the INDIA's zone is negative, the value is displayed in red. However, the percentage difference for the AUSTRALIA's zone is positive, the value is displayed in green.</span></p>

<p class="rvps5"><span class="rvts8">When you want to view the above text report as a bar graph, select the </span><span class="rvts9">Bar</span><span class="rvts8"> option from the fifth drop-down list in the Graph Controls menu.The difference of the measures are displayed as in the following figure.</span></p>
