This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on https://knoblycream.com and other offline sources. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and to our online customers. By visiting and/or using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Knoblycream.com is a property of Knobly Consulting LLP, an Indian Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 455, 8th cross, 8th main, Nagarabavi 1st stage, 2nd block, Bangalore 560 072
Contact information. We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pincode, country and ip address.
Payment and billing information. We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you buy a subscription. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner Razorpay.
Information you post. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to Knoblycream.com.
Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you during the sign-up process the detais of which are mentioned under Contact Information.
Other information. If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.

This policy also applies to mycream, the Facebook app used by Knobly Cream (App ID: 474369069647686). When you connect Facebook, we receive the information permitted by your authorization, including account identifiers, Page names and identifiers, and access tokens. We store Page details and tokens in association with your Knobly Cream account to display your connected Pages and publish content you choose to share through the integration. Content submitted for publication is sent to Meta and becomes visible according to the destination Page's settings.
You can revoke the app's access in your Facebook account settings. Revoking access does not itself delete information already stored by Knobly Cream; use the deletion instructions below to request removal of that information. Never include your Facebook password or access tokens in a request.
When you connect an Instagram professional account through mycream, we store its account ID, username, linked Facebook Page details, and an encrypted Page access token. We use these to identify your account and prepare and publish the photos and captions you submit. Preparing a post sends its image URL and caption to Meta for processing; publishing makes it available on Instagram. Cream stores your draft caption, image URL, processing status, and published post ID so you can review the result.
You can use "Disconnect & delete saved data" on Cream's Instagram page to remove the stored connection token and post records for that account. This does not remove posts already published on Instagram. You can delete those on Instagram and revoke mycream's access in Facebook settings. You may also request deletion by email as described below.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. If you wish to delete your personal data, please contact us at data@knobly.com. Once a deletion request is received, we will securely remove your data from our systems within 30 days.
Use the subject "Knobly Cream / mycream data deletion" and provide your Knobly Cream account email and, if applicable, the Facebook Page name or ID. Specify whether you want your entire account or only the Facebook integration data deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. For help with a request, contact support@knobly.com.
You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email unsubscriber@Knoblycream.com. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.
If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.
